Black Forest Technik is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cary, NC. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment specializing in European automotive service, repairs, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Handle phone reception, gathering client vehicle information, contact details, and service concerns.
• Greet clients warmly and ensure excellent customer service.
• Conduct walk-around videos during check in process to document vehicle condition.
• Check-in and park client vehicles securely.
• Prepare basic estimates for repairs, services, and performance upgrades.
• Provide clients with updates during the repairs to keep them informed of progress.
• Make follow-up calls to clients to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the client waiting area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have the ability to drive vehicles with a manual transmission.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong computer literacy skills to effectively manage scheduling, invoicing, and client records.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
